Block 3, Week 3, Day 1 - DE OH

I was all over the place on my chain log presses today. I will credit myself that I did in fact get better as I progressed my work sets, but initially my footwork and stability were cringe worthy.

Chain Log C&J (2 sets of chains)

complex x 85 - No chains

complex x 90 - Add chains

5x115

3x135 ---------

8x3x155 - I think some of my dance moves were due to chain location relative to me and the log on my first rep after cleaning it.

3x175 - Still fast

3x195 - Getting rough

Axle Rows/DB Floor Presses

10x160/---

2x210/8x75 ----------------

2x{6x230/8x85}

6x240/12x85

6x240/---

I thought I had adapted to floor presses like a champ, until I realized I forgot to put the little stick weights back in my power block DBs so it was 5 lbs less than it was supposed to be. In retrospect I'm surprised I've never done that before.

3 Way Raises/AmBar H. Curls/Wtd Hypers

10x25,25,10/8x85/10x65

2x{10x25,25,10/8x90/10x65}

No conditioning yet on this day, but lots of options waiting in the wings once I get my cardio nailed down.
