I own and operate my own gym and I've recently picked up a couple new personal training clients in addition to all of the regular sports performance classes I teach. So, my own training schedule has been thrown off a little bit. Today is Thursday and I've only trained twice this week, one lower body day, one upped body day.
Monday- Squat

I can tell I haven't squatted heavy for awhile. The last set felt pretty heavy (my max is 700) and the next couple days I was pretty sore. How embarrassing.
