Today our powerlifting crew hit deficit deadlifts off a 2 inch board. Afterwards they hit a lot of accessories for lower body. We have began booking hotel rooms and planning out the trip to Ohio for the Arnold. Even though we are missing Kayla (family issues) and Chelsea (left the team) we can still do some damage with the 5 we are bringing.
