Spent the last two days in hospital for tests. Looks like I caught some virus and it caused a couple leaks around the valves. They are going to due a small procedure ASAP to correct this. I was also notified I am being put on a list for a heart transplant. I am very excited about this for once I heal I will have a lot less restrictions and be able to resume training and my life.
My lifters have been great and very supportive. Our team is bar none better than it has ever been.
