I was going to train on Wednesday night late, but decided I would get up at 4 am and train on Thursday.

Bench Press

I wanted to work up to a heavy triple. Plans got very side tracked.

Bar x 10 x 3 - I did a couple sets moving around the Floss band to free up my tricep and shoulder. 95 x 8 135 x 5 155 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 5 245 x 3 275 x 3 315 x 3 - On my third rep, pushed my head into the bench hard and heard my neck snap. I was terrified because it sounded like breaking glass. That is what Louie said his neck sounded like when his neck broke.

Sheer panic ensued. But after about 10 mins it felt like it was ok.

335 x 0 - I unracked the weight and put it right back. I was too scared to take it.

Over head tricep extension SSW military press (all with cambered bar)

3 Sets of just the bar as I was freaking out.

 

Now that its a day later, my neck has settled down and I feel ten times better and feel ok to try and train again this weekend
