Yep, definitely not the time of year for the faint of heart to start contrast showers again. The water is definitely colder in the winter. However, I say it all the time, as much as they suck, I always feel better after a contrast shower than when I went in. I also got to bed on time for Thursday. I'm not going to hit my goals by just hoping.
Add one little thing to your program to get better. These little things pay huge dividends. SFW!
