I've been icing my elbow off and on since Sunday. Some bruising has surfaced in the last day or so indicating some type of tear. Everything feels attached and I still have full range of motion just some pain associated when locking out the elbow. At this point I'm just going to take it easy and rest it.

 

SS Yoke bar squats - low box

135 for 8 sets of 10 reps - close stance

 

dimel deadlifts

135 for 5 sets of 10 reps

 

seated cable crunches

4 sets of 15 reps

 

Injuries are part of the sport and part of life but they really deflate me. I'm not concerned this elbow thing will be any huge issue but not being able to perform and the uncertainty of how long it will take to heal really depletes my motivation.
