I feel pretty good today and don't have any soreness from yesterdays squatting. I'm going some light upper body strengthening movements as directed by my PT and I have my follow up with the surgeon tomorrow. I think things are going very well and expect he will feel the same.

Zero bench

4 sets of 20 reps

 

cable extensions

50 for 3 sets of 10 reps

 

assisted chin ups

150 pounds of assistance for 4 sets of 10 reps

130 pounds of assistance for 1 set of 10 reps

 

standing military press with angle bar

empty bar for 3 sets of 10 reps

10's per side for 1 set of 10 reps

 

Things felt good today and I didn't have any pain or feel my ROM was limited at all.
