worked to 315 for a single

added 2 chains and did singles to a total of 14 chains

 

hanging leg raises

3 sets of 15

 

Sunday

bench press

worked up to 365 for 2 singles

315 for 2 doubles

 

dumbbell press

70's for 2 sets of 15 reps

 

chin ups

2 sets of 5 reps

added 1 mini band connected to dip belt and around the pins on the rack

2 sets of 3 reps

 

arnold presses

25's for 3 sets of 12 reps

 

dumbbell rows

110 for 3 sets of 10 reps

 

I've got some instability in my squat and I need to get back to carrying the yoke. Soon as the weather permits I'll be back to doing it regularly.
