I made the drive from Cleveland to London, Oh to train at the S5 compound. It's well worth it to make that trip once in awhile to train on the best equipment, with the best training partners, and best coaching there is. My bench group included 3 guys who all trained 10+ years at Westside Barbell, including Dave Tate, Ted Toalston, who is probably the best training partner I've ever had, and my current training partner, Travis, who is a Strength coach for the Cleveland Indians. Probably tough to beat the knowledge and experience of that crew.

I was pretty surprised with the PR, I haven't been doing bad, but my training hasn't been great either. In that group I guess you're obligated to do well!

Accessor work SS Yoke Bar JM Press - The only JM Press variation that doesn't hurt my elbows. 3x12 - relatively light weight

Chest supported cambered bar rows 4x10 Neutral grip Overhead Press 4x5 Tri Pushdowns 3x25
