Thursday Block Pulls
Another humbling training session. Who would've though pulling from higher up makes it harder? I was controlling the weight down slow like Goggins always has me do, but I got the go ahead to drop the bar faster next week. Yay!135x5x2 205x3 255x3 305x2 330x3x3
