Today our powerlifters hit bench press against chains for 5x3. After that they hit a boatload of upper body assistance work. As of today we have 6 competing at the Arnold at the XPC powerlifting championships. Kayla our top female is sitting out due to a family issue.

I go to Cardiopulmonary rehab Thursday. Am curious what we will do anxious to get healthy enough to lift again.
