Today our powerlifters hit some bamboo bar and upper body rep work. Getting closer to the XPC meet at the Arnold. Am excited and pissed off at the same time. We have 5 lifters from the facility competing that Friday. I am going to coach them all. Al disappointed I cannot go this year. I placed second three years ago, won it two years ago, and last year bombed out after not able to learn the shirt and not get a bench in. I was wanting to redeem myself his year at 275lbs but as of today I haven't lifted anything heavy and am still rehabbing my heart. Goal is to do a small meet next fall then compete in 2017 at the XPC meet at the Arnold. Patience..............sucks!!
