Today everyone on the powerlifting squad took the day off to rest/recover and get ready to fly out to Vegas.

My workout consisted of Belt squats, single leg curls, walking lunges, and abs. All were at 4x10. My balance and leg strength was terrible on the walking lunges. Weight is still 262lbs. Cannot wait to gain some quality weight. Goal is 285lbs by the holidays.
