Today the squad did rack pulls as well as a bunch of other stuff. This is the end of phase3. Next Monday we start the next phase with high reps.

Today I hit safety squat bar box squats, glute/ham raises, and abs. Still plugging away and ready for Thursday check up with some good news. Weight has been 270.
