After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

This was a continuation of the previous week's training, but we increased the volume a bit. I managed to work up on floor press to a solid 245x5; which isn't much for me, but a huge step in the right direction to getting back to some solid bench press training. Ideally I'd like to see this be up to about 265-275, but we're getting there.
