After coming off a top 10 all-time multiply bench press performance, I'm now taking a few weeks to get back into some light hypertrophy training. My focus right now is to keep my body healthy and feeling good, while laying a solid foundation to start a new off season full power training cycle by the end of August.

I'm really trying to ease back into the swing of things, but this was a pretty quick challenging training session. It also wasn't the greatest day in terms of work, but that happens. Just on to getting some training in as I can. Not sure what I'm going to do training wise tomorrow, maybe some chest and shoulders..

E1) Hack Squat Calf Raises 4x12-20
