After coming off a top 10 all-time multiply bench press performance, I'm now taking a few weeks to get back into some light hypertrophy training. My focus right now is to keep my body healthy and feeling good, while laying a solid foundation to start a new off season full power training cycle by the end of August.

Tuesday morning I got in a quick lower body session to really get some blood flow going and begin to finally feel like I'm doing something when I'm training. I'm really trying to ease back into the swing of things, but this was a pretty quick challenging training session. It also wasn't the greatest day in terms of work, but that happens. Just on to getting some training in as I can. Not sure what I'm going to do training wise tomorrow, maybe some chest and shoulders..
