I love chains. I like using bands and reverse bands for accommodating resistance, but chains are my favorite. Maybe cause they make more noise, maybe cause I feel like the Ghost of Christmas Past, but whatever the reason, they are numero uno.

The 3 sets I used at Brute are about the same weight as the 4 sets I've been using at home to keep things as close to even as possible. My first couple sets were slow(er) as shown in the video of the first set, but they got faster as I went on.
