The Methylprednisolone has taken the pain away and only left some discomfort. If how I feel now was as bad as it would have gotten I wouldn't have given it a second thought. I'm still just stretching and taking it easy. I go in on Monday to see my primary care physician who I am confidant will be able to provide some answers and a plan.
