Headed to the compound this morning to make sure I didn't miss any gossip. Some good news is the new EliteFTS training facility should be ready by mid October and the move is scheduled for that time.
My friend Todd Brock was in town today and he is doing well and we spoke about him coordinating with Dave on my post rehab training cycle. I've known Todd for about 9 years, almost as long as I have known Dave, and he has not only been integral with my training over the years but also is a good friend.
I did run the mono for a few sets but otherwise I'm just basically becoming a gym mascot.
