After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

After a long weekend at Elitefts, I got some accessory work in to kick off the week. Another late training session, but overall things felt rather good. Over the course of the next couple weeks, I'm going to work on trying to add in a second lower body day, and slowly implement working with the barbell again. Things have been feeling rather decent lately, so I'm going to nudge myself forward and see if I can make any progress in the right direction!
