Ive been having some shoulder issues, so I used the elitfts shoulder saver and was able to keep my normal grip, pain free. I did stay light and add in a little extra volume.

The extra volume must be working. I haven't really gone too heavy upper body in a while and my bodyweight is up 4-5lbs.
