After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

I knew my training schedule was really going to get thrown through a loop, so on Friday before leaving town I chose to get in some basic fluff and accessory work with two simple supersets. Easy enough that I could do it in 30 minutes or less, required not a lot of warming up, but also felt that it complimented a good overall upper body day to hold me off until I got back into town. My wife and I, and our fall intern went to a sports performance seminar in Manchester, IN to get some learning in. It was a good weekend, and well worth the time to go get a little bit better.
