My elbow felt a lot better today as you can see. The pain is around a 3 on a scale of 1-10 and much easier to deal with. The ice and IB has helped a lot more than I expected it to. I'm still going to visit my doc next week to get some xrays done to see how bad it looks compared to my last xray.
