I had the weirdest muscle spasm happen this morning in my lower back that hurt bad enough to make me ask my daughter to put my socks on me because I couldn't bend over to do so without an immense amount of pain. I had to drive around with my heat warmer on to loosen it up enough to allow me to go to the gym. It's feeling much better now, but I still have to be careful not too turn or bend over too fast so as not to send it into a spasm again. Hopefully it was just a freak thing and won't stop me from squatting come Sunday.
