I'm still battling impingement in my right shoulder so I'm having to work around it some. It would probably be a good idea to put a loose shirt on to offer some relief or just stop benching all together for a couple of weeks and I've no doubt you can figure out which option I'll probably go with.

Since my kids have been out of school I've become a chauffeur again for their summer activities so my training has been moved further and further back in the day and I will likely end up training at home a lot too. I think I'm going to need a bigger fan in the garage since the temp has already been hitting 93-95 down here.
