After coming off my best meet performance of my career, I am now officially a beat up powerlifter. I'm having some minor low back issues that I'm working on mending up, and then I'll begin to find a competitive option. My goals for 2017 are to compete in a bodybuilding show and also get back to the platform 100% healthy.

Another weekly recap for you, but not nearly as much footage as I would like. It is what it is though. Progress is still coming, and my bench press is feeling rather good. We'll start putting the pieces together come May-ish and really begin to make a push for a bench only meet. The goals are still simple though - keep the low back healthy and happy (and progressing!), and build this bench up a bit. I'm feeling beefy if nothing else.
