I'm currently having a "fun" week of volume and bodybuilding like work to give my body a minor rest from heavy weights. This training is designed to get a lot of blood flow into all my body parts and just give my mind a mental break from heavy training. Off season training is planned to start on October 30th, 2015.

The rest of my training sessions for this week will be performed at the college rec that I train clients at. This will allow me to use a ton of machines and still get in a ton of work. This session was much more brutal than I thought it would be, but it had me almost throwing up after the leg presses. I didn't really plan on pushing myself that much, but I was just in a good rhythm and having a blast getting a stupid pump. Needless to say, this one I was definitely feeling.

Give this session a try if you want some death.
