I'm currently having a "fun" week of volume and bodybuilding like work to give my body a minor rest from heavy weights. This training is designed to get a lot of blood flow into all my body parts and just give my mind a mental break from heavy training. Off season training is planned to start on October 30th, 2015.
For programming and coaching inquires, please email SmitleyPerformanceSystems@gmail.comThe rest of my training sessions for this week will be performed at the college rec that I train clients at. This will allow me to use a ton of machines and still get in a ton of work. This session was much more brutal than I thought it would be, but it had me almost throwing up after the leg presses. I didn't really plan on pushing myself that much, but I was just in a good rhythm and having a blast getting a stupid pump. Needless to say, this one I was definitely feeling.
Give this session a try if you want some death.
