Finishing up this 6 week block of training I'm already looking forward to starting up again after a deload week and making some changes that I think will help address some weak areas. I do not feel like I need to take a deload so under other circumstances I would go right into my next 6 week training block, but as I have 2 big exams coming up on Monday and Thursday next week, a deload is the best option so that I do not end up short-changing training or studying.
