Wave 1: raw no belt conv deficit 3 weeks DE week Wave 2: briefs from the floor 3 weeks DE week Wave 3: Blocks full gear
Wave one was awesome, 700x2 raw conv no belt from deficit Wave two was rough, chose my weights poorly, 800 was the biggest pull I hit Wave three, starting off pretty good
Block pull singles up to 735 hook grip switch grips end with 815
Death strap with belt squat band tension 4 sets of 5
Rolling thunder grip trainer 4 sets of 10 sec hold each hand
Reverse Hyper 4 sets of 12
Abs 4 sets of 8
