Two weeks out from MD Strongest so nothing crazy for event day today. Everything felt smooth and the temptation to go ham rather than follow the plan was ever-present.

1x625 - We used Gregg's Texas Power Bar today and though there is noticeable difference in whip compared to the various power bars we have all been using, it didn't seem to change my strength or speed that I could tell.

2x50'x640 - I slowed about a second and a half on the first run, but came back on the second run and did it a little more than a second faster. I really wanted to keep going up here, but I also don't want to crap the bed come competition time so that was all for today.
