After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

I was also able to get up to 205 on my shoulder saver work, which felt surprisingly good. Next week we'll kick the volume up a tad as well again. Quick and simple, but a damn good pump.
