After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

This was also a continuation of last week's arm training, with a bit of an increase in total volume. I was also able to get up to 205 on my shoulder saver work, which felt surprisingly good. Next week we'll kick the volume up a tad as well again. Quick and simple, but a damn good pump.

C1) DB Skull Crushers 3x10

D1) Bench Dips 3 sets, max reps

E1) DB Curls 3x8

F1) Crossbody Hammer Curls 3x12 per arm

G1) Barbell Curls 3x8 *Used a 3 sec eccentric here*
