Bent the bow bar

Hatfield squats No go. Tried these 3 weeks in a row and can't find a position that doesn't kill my knee. I didn't have this problem before so something isn't working right.

Bent bow bar good mornings against light bands -because Sunday is a deadlift deload 135x10x4 sets (2 wide 2 narrow)
