This April, I competed at CPU Nationals, placing second in the 63kg open category with an 825 lb total, just one pound behind first place.
With the guidance of Steve Goggins, I am in pursuit of greatness, both on and off the platform.

I am very grateful for Steve taking the time to train us in his home gym. On our second day of training, I was able to train with part of his Gogginsforce team of strong women. We worked up to some heavy singles and he overhauled my technique. I was going down into my squat way too slow, and overarching my back on the way up. We went up to three singles at 297, which was a no-wrap PR for me. You can see in the videos below, there is a huge difference between the first set and second set in both technique and speed. I am really looking forward to taking what I learned from Steve and applying it to my training at home. I have made huge improvements since having him as a coach/mentor, and I can't wait for whats to come in the future.
