Finally! 1st time in almost 6 months I have been in my shirt with some weight since my pec injury. Its only 585 but its a start!

I apologize. I have gotten behind on my training logs. We have been in NYC for a week and been resting since getting back. I did more cardio last week than I did in a year! I will be posting up some pics, videos and other cool stuff soon. Just getting back into my groove....

This is as high as I went and it felt good. I used a bigger shirt of mine so I would not try to go all gansta right out the gate, shirt benching for the first time in several months. No pain, good lift and confidence rising....
