Finally!.... Today was day 1 of my new training cycle. I am very excited to get back under the bar and start put work in again. The 7 weeks of offseason has lead me to this point. I feel physically better than ever and feel strong. Tons of rehab, thousands of sets have been done to bring up weak areas, eating has been better than ever and I am mentally locked in. My plan is to do my first full power multiply meet in 5 years. Here we go....
