My legs are holding up well thus far and that's makes me smile. After watching old man Canada Ken smash 900 pounds last week at his meet I have got to get my shit together! Awesome squat Ken! This week some we added 100 pounds of chains to the mix with 70% bar weight for a few reps....

BB Squats

100 pounds of chains were used on all sets Metal Ace Briefs were used on all sets

Leg Press

4 sets x 10 reps each set

DB Lunges

3 sets x 15 reps each set
