Deadlifts are the devil. For me anyway. I have decided to brave the water and turn my left hand back to the under position and see what happens. I have been doing nothing but double overhand since I was released from my bicep surgery last November 2014.

In many ways the double overhand has really helped my grip strength. The down side is I am at a stand still to what I can handle in weight with double overhand. I'm stuck around 500ish pounds and thats being generous. I know I suck.

Today will be a true test with my left arm. I will be sensible and smart and not to jerk on the bar or pull with my arms. Here we go....
