Today was going to be a grinder. Another 100 rep day. That's would be 100 raw squat reps....I was looking forward to the challenge and even decided to pause most of them. Great idea at first, bad idea when we were done and I could not walk.
Right now during this off season I am fully focused on my week areas. I am pushing myself like never before. My legs are coming back and my knee is doing well thus far. Being 41 years old I have taken my time and not rushed things as I would have liked to but as the rumor has it: "Its a marathon, not a sprint!"
The next two days I could not hardly walk. I had to use handicap toilets where available and I could hardly wipe my ass....here we go....
