Stayed with the 4" boxes again this week but stepped up the band tension to really work the crap out of my lockout. I used elitefts.com pro strong bands. This bands are hell to pull against. I ran the deadlift bar throught the bands so only to pull against one side of the band and not doubled. I was very happy with how this went. I still suck but whats new....
