I Decided the new Metal shirt I got from Marshall a few weeks back was a bit too much for me. Too rigid and too hard for me to get down with. I have done some more adjusting on my Metal Jack and I think I have it where I want it now. I like this shirt, but it has taken some time to get it right for me. Sleeve adjustments have been the primary focus for The Jack. I like the feel now and it locks just where I like it.

I am going to ride with this shirt for now and make sure its giving me what I want. Today I plan to test it. 2 weeks ago I did reverse band board presses with the big black elitefts strong bands I have choked on my low rack to a 3baord and 2 board. Today I will use the regular size blue elitefts strong bands to solely a 2board. The blue bands are older and will not give the same bang the black did a couple weeks prior.

My goal is to continue to drop band sizes and board heights to test where I am and build my CNS back to handleing heavier weights and get back to the platform. Here we go....
