I see these ridiculous pictures like the one above all the time now here is one of me with my pants to the floor, my undies showing and taking the grand picture of my "jacked" quads in a changing room at the Nike Outlet store. I have now completed the circle of ridiculous powerlifting/bodybuilding selfies I think....anyways....

Today was a get jacked day for my legs! Hence the picture I guess....
