I have made a adjustment to my deadlift suit to help me get down to the bar. I cut the black ring at the bottom of the legs off. Reason I did this is because my quads have really grown and when I bend over to grab the bar these black rings are digging hard into my quads and not giving any give. Now that I have cut them off it has helped a ton!

Deadlift is coming along good. Snow and I have really been pushing each other this training cycle on our pulls. Today I worked up to a 600 pounds for a double. This is the first time I have ever tried doing 600 pounds for a double so I was super excited about this!
