Well once again I have dropped another band and so far so good. I have now hit my projection or over my projection with four straight bands. Is this a good sign? That is still yet to be determined, but I am not going to lie I was pretty stoked about pulling this weight tonight.

This has definitely been my best training cycle for deadlift ever. Now it is time to see if this training and the system that I set up for this training in this meet cycle is going to work or not. I truly feel like I have PR pull awaiting me at this upcoming meet. In just a few short weeks I will know the answers. Stay tuned.
