So far so good with my third wave of overload squats with rev bands. I needed to feel this kind of weight to get my body prepared for our next training cycle. All my squats felt good. I am still working on my pickup out of the rack and trying to get more stable. The more I get under these loads the better I will be for later this year for my next meet.

I have really focused on pushing my knees out and working the gear instead of trying to fight it as before. I am still new to multiply squatting and still learning how to dial this squat gear in. With only 3 full power multiply meets under my belt in 20 years I still feel like a rookie doing this.
