This week I wanted to push forward with my raw squats and get a better feel of where I am and what my knees could take. I was feeling good and decided today would be a 700 pound raw day. All the weights were feeling easy and fast. My knees were doing fine and my confidence was building lift after lift.

Who knows what the future may hold but if I can, I really want to do one more full power raw meet before I am done and take a run at a 800 pound raw squat....
