I have really gotten behind this past week due to having the flu and my Team competing this past weekend. That flu bug had me down for about 6 days. Several of my teammates got it too and thankfully it happened 2 weeks out from the meet and no the week of.

Today was my last heavy squat day for the training schedule. I wanted to test my raw squat, test my knee and test my confidence. I'm happy on all accounts. 600 was my number and 600 got smoked. As I keep saying im still a long ways out but I getting there week after week. Off season training starts next week and me getting into shape starts as well. Now that I am a little more mobile and can do more I can add to the intensity of what I am wanting to do but still remaining smart.
