We made it to Wilmington, NC!
Casey and I have been so busy and our schedules sometimes don't allow us to train together or see each other until we get to bed. We're away for his childhood friends wedding and I know it will be fun for him to catch up with everyone.
Meatheads are off duty for tonight but we made it a point to hit the gym. We reached out to Zakk Plocica, who is a client of Casey's, and we'll be training at Hybrid Athlete Mission tomorrow.
Excited for the wedding. You know how much I love to dress up. Booze, love in the air, dancing. Minds are officially checked out.
