Today I woke up wrecked from this weekends mock meet and though for sure today was going to be a hellish training day. To my surprise after warming up and getting under a loaded bar I was primed and ready to go! My shin was having weird pains again being under the banded accommodative resistance but I had to push through it. Finished the session again by implementing what Dave told me to do with banded belted walks (replacement for Belt Squat walks) and straight leg sled drags.
